yes, the hornets' nest was reported to the iriya
it is vital that residents report any public "mifga" - whether a safety
issue, broken garbage dumpster,  sidewalk ramp that gets strollers stuck in
sewage drains,  or a leaky watering pipe - to the city by diallign 106.
at the same time, safety issues must be publicized so that people are safe
until the city workers deal with them
