we have always seen foxes in the empty lots, and sometimes even in our yard
weeks ago, Nehemiah told us that he has seen foxholes (the kind that
devout foxes live in)
so, yes, they are living and breeding there

this is something to keep in mind when one allows one's pets (cats as
well as dogs) to wander around freely - those foxes are NOT vaccinated
against rabies.
