Dear Friends,
Shavua tov,
Serious shortages of chickens and fresh beef are expected this week.
Reason for this is that all the shechitoth fall in the middle of the week
and the deliveries are on the busy days.
Lots of slaughter houses will not be able to supply enough chickens.(also
because of chickens used for kapparoth)
We at Best Market will do our best to supply you with fresh chickens this
week.
This Sunday our department will be open.
I advise everybody to buy their chickens as early as possible this week.
Here is the delivery schedule from the chicken slaughter houses:
Sunday and monday regular delivery.
Tuesday and Wednesday no delivery.
Thursday shechitah only.
Friday delivery, but huge shortages are expected.
Sunday erev Sukkoth: yes/no delivery ????

Machfud) meat.
