[RBS] Sorry seems to be the hardest word

When confronted with a possible error in how we handle situations, most of us will explain it away or even go on the offensive and try to shift blame. WHY CAN”T WE JUST SAY “I’M SORRY” and accept the fact that at least some of the responsibility lies with us? Isn’t that what Yom Kippur is all about? Saying I’m sorry makes you the bigger person and can more often than not diffuse most situations.
Just a thought to start the new year.
