[RBS] Be'er Tikva on Yom Haatzmaut

any age is appropriate - whoever enjoys that type of thing.
i personally believe that for kids under 15, it is good for a parent to
accompany (okay, not stand right beside, but be around)
in general, adults who enjoy the music shoul dgo, as everyone behaves
better when there are adults around.
even the mayor goes
