[RBS] looking for 3.5 room apartment anywhere in rbs

A friend is looking for a 3.5 room apartment anywhere in the Rama,
preferably with a nice view. Young couple with one child-very sweet and
clean. Maximum rent they can pay is 3500 shekels a month.
