[RBS] Single man seeks housing

Man in his early 40's and divorced needs either a small apartment or a
shared apartment for immediate occupancy.
Small preference for RBSA,but also other Anglo areas are ok.
He's a non-smoker,shomer shabbos.
Prefers to have access to either a backyard or balcony for his barbecue
grill.
