[RBS] Needed -Estate Planner/prof for making Property and Financial Decisions??

Estate planners ??
I have a client - a woman who needs some help in making financial and
property decisions
She needs someone who is vey capable and also communicative and helpful -
not the cold dry type
She would not be able to relate to them
Is Estate planner the right term?r is there a different professional I
should recommend to her

if local excellent
If in a different area of the country - but capable and commuicative- ok
too~
