[RBS] needed; SHAVUOT "Seminars"; Retreats, Programs??

Shavuot programs, Seminars ,etc
I have a client who is on her own and now living in Israel
She is looking for some meaningful framework for the Shavuot holiday (she
is observant therefore it must have the overnight
facility for  sleeping and mealTuesday night 14 May and 15 May wednesday
for meals
A program like Ascent might work byt seems tobe  overbooked
Any other suggestions?
She heard of something down south but the weather is too hot for her
already!
