[RBS] does Samsung Galaxy Ace work in Israel?

Does anyone know if the Samsung Galaxy Ace phone works in Israel?  On 3G
networks?

 

This is what the description of the phone says:

 

"Unlocked Quad-Band GSM cell phone compatible with 850/900/1800/1900 GSM and
HSDPA 900 / 2100MHz 3G frequencies plus GPRS/EDGE capabilities"
