CARE AND FEEDING OF THE BRAIN
Did you know that clear thinking is built from enough sleep, good 
nutrition, plenty of exercise every day, and from rotten food?  Well, 
not really rotten, but fermented on purpose.  Fruits and veggies

PESACH CLEANING FRENZY -- CALM DOWN
We want to encourage you ladies who are stressed out of your minds about 
the depth and breadth of cleaning everything, to do two things 
differently this year.  One, consult a competent rav about whether or 
not certain aspects of your Pesach cleaning can be recognized to be 
really more connected to a good "spring cleaning" -- even after Pesach.  
Two, be sure to schedule some Brain Studio sessions, so that you can 
treat your mind to some "spa" time, in which total relaxation will be 
your prize, and easy to attain.  You deserve it, and you'll go back to 
cleaning twice as energized.

SCHOOL ISSUES
Now is the time to evaluate just how well a school is educating your 
child in all ways.  A parent gets to choose the components best suited 
for their children, and this is better done without a sense of peer 
pressure for status.  Call to make a time to review your schools, and 
gain ideas on how to fill the gaps, once they are discovered and discussed.


We are happy always, to help you.  We have crisis intervention services 
available ongoing, and can then shift into regular care, as you might
