[RBS] Forwarding calls from US and retaining caller ID

Hi - looking for a bit of advice here.

 

I have a US phone number via SKYPE and can forward calls to my mobile phone
in Israel.

 

It works OK - but I lose the US caller ID in the process.  That's a real
bummer.

 

Anyone using another (cheap) solution to forward calls from a US phone
number to an Israel mobile phone and retain the caller ID?
