[RBS] PLEASE NOTE - Practice Emergency Siren today at 5.00 pm

TO ALL RESIDENTS OF BEIT SHEMESH AND MATEH YEHUDA - IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM 
PIKUD HAOREF:

Today, Wednesday, at 5.00 pm Pikud Haoref will be setting off the emergency 
siren throught Beit Shemesh and the Matei Yehuda area.

The siren will have the rising and falling sound and will last for one and a 
half minutes.
If, Chas Vechalila, there will be need to sound the alarm as a real warning, 
the siren will stop and immediately start again.

Please note that this is a practice siren with its purpose being to improve 
the warning signal to the town's citizens.

In order to avoid unnecessary panic, please inform as many people as 
possible about today's drill.
