Because of a new hike in water pressures effective 1/1/10, I strongly
recommend that you find your meter, jot down the usage, and even take a
picture with today's date next to it.

I don't know how the city is going to determine how much water is at the old
rates and how much is at the new, but it's possible that it will NOT be at
the most beneficial way for you.

If you want to contact me about cheap devices that can save you water
starting from today, write back. They just became a LOT more cost effective
