[RBS] Ride to Tel Aviv

Posting for a friend:
My friend needs to go to the American Embassy in Tel Aviv sometime this 
week.  The day and time are flexible because this is something that she does 
not need an appointment for.  If anyone is driving either to the Embassy in 
Tel Aviv, or even to Tel Aviv, and even if it is one way, she would very 
much appreciate a ride.   Please reply either by email off line, or by
