You can file a police complaint with one of the Shotrei Kehilatiim or at the police station. Since you are in RBS you can now file with your new Mashak, Sasson Yichye 050-627-2499. While you may not be able to identify the individual, the police are taking these threats very seriously and any account of such an event is helpful. Elke
