Well established kiruv organization is looking to expand its international
business office in Bet Shemesh. There are two Development Associate openings
currently available.

Development Associate

Job Description: Become an integral member of Business Development team
Expanding and administrating Marketing and Communication to existing and new
potential donor base, both in Israel, Europe and the USA.
Develop and maintain new and existing fundraising campaigns.
Utilizing multi media including phone, email and web to developing
relationships with potential donors and maintaining and enhancing
relationships with past donors.
Communicating Sales, Marketing & Distribution of interesting Kiruv material
amongst newcomers to Bet Shemesh to create awareness of the need and success
in the area.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English,  with basic writing
and reading skills in at least one of the two , PR experienced,
Computer literate, emails, excel,
Business background or non-profit Administration experience valued.
Competitive compensation being offered commensurate experience.
