[RBS] Hatzala Israel closed down?

I am a proud donor to Hatzala. I got a call today from Hatzala Bet
Shemesh requesting a donation. I told them that I am a long time donor
and currently have a monthly payment already. They told me that my
donation is to Hatzala Israel - which has been shut down due to
"management problems". They told me I should immediately cancel my
donation there, and donate to them.

Does anyone have any more concrete information about this?
