MUSIKEF for 5-7 year old boys

 

Research has shown a strong connection between music education and development of life-skills such as self-discipline, patience and ability to memorize and concentrate.

Start your child on their musical path with this engaging, exciting introduction to formal music education!


It includes:

First steps in reading musical notation-learn to read and play rhythms and simple melodies, using glockenspiel (similar to a xylophone), recorders and piano keyboards

Music ensemble- create melodies as a group using pitched percussion instruments e.g. hand-bells, chime bars and  boomwhackers ( pitched percussion tubes) !

Adventures in music appreciation-meet famous composers Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven and more, and enjoy classics such as Carnival of the Animals, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, and Peter and the Wolf through a variety of hands-on activities.

 

Cost: 130 shekel/month

Time options:Wednesdays, 4:20- 5:10 or Fridays, 1:15- 2:05pm
