The Meishiv HaNafesh workshop offers a powerful and effective combination of 
research based healing therapies aimed to help you better deal with changes, 
challenges and stress in a non-judgmental supportive environment. 
Participants can explore their capacity for transformation by working on 
their own physical, emotional and spiritual issues.  The workshop provides 
an opportunity to integrate the knowledge and skills taught on a practical 
level. This workshop will meet for 2 hours once each week for 7 weeks.
