[RBS] Wanted: Serious Help

Shalom I am a father of 5 who has been in the process of getting citizenship for requesting Aliyah since 2008. While the process has been dragged out now over a year, i do have a lawyer over it from one of the religious agencies. But the stress to feed, house and secure my family has so stressed me internally that the stress has caused my teeth to begin to separate (with peronditis)and the pain of my mouth is a suicidal pain. Our insurance has gone out and my family had to go back to the states(recently) to insure medical needs for my daughters gluacoma. Is there anyone or does anyone know of a dentist that would remove and replace 5 teeth that have caused so much pain while being in the status I am in? Is there a school that needs patients that I am willing to become to remove and restore my smile? I am hurting so bad that I know now why this pain can drive people insane if not treated. While it really shouldnt matter but I see it does here also, I am a black jew who converted in America over 5 yrs ago and am seeking nothing but love and peace while being here. I am in a precarious situation and have knowone to turn to and am seeking the wisdom and the care of those who would help to resolve this excruiating pain.Can anyone give me any suggestions?
