how to pay bituah leumi for yrou cleanign help:
goto bituah leumi downtown, or download their form from the website (form
for ovdei meshek bayit)
- fill it in, including the date they started workign for you
record for yourself every tiem you pay teh cleaner.
each july and january, you wil receive a bill with no amount written.  you
are to fill in the amount you have to pay - i think it is usually 4.6% of
what you paid your cleaner in the 6 month period (jan-june, july to dec).
note: if you don't remember when they started working, approximate.  if you
write  " i don't remember" , they just mail the form back to you to fil in
again.
the significance of this payment is
- if they get injured, they can sue and you wil be in big troubel if you
havent paid
- if they give birth / go to miluim / get injured , they can demand bituah
leumi compensation
