[RBS] How and where to find seeds for planting

I'm looking for two specific seeds to keep cats away from a vegetable
garden and I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find these seeds
and if they are sold in this country at all. The seeds are either French
of African Marigolds or Coleus Canina. Any information regarding this
would be so helpful. Thanks.
