[RBS] I need a chessed computer job done for me - or "The Chainsaw Computer Massacre"

I know this is a big chutzpa, but if there is any computer technician out there who is willing on a one-time basis to help me free of charge, I would be forever grateful. Only read this if you are willing to help, or if computer horror stories actually interest you. :)
The story:
Since last Wednesday, I have been without a working computer, and therefore unable to work. That means about 1000 shekels in lost income, on top of the week of Pesach and the week before that I didn't work, and on top of 200 shekels paid to a patient, kindhearted technician who succeeded in making a huge mess of my computer over the last 4 days.

What happened?

Wedensday: Computer slowed down and jammed. Technician said probably virus and took to re-format. Computer came back, we downloaded and ran Kapersky antivirus 2010, and the whole computer stopped working altogether.

Thursday: Technician said, "That's strange". Took the computer again, reformatted, showed us that everything worked perfectly. I downloaded Kapersky antivirus, everything stoppped working again. The program put basically my entire computer in quarantine. Thursday night technician fixed it AT OUR HOUSE. Installed "Nod" instead of Kapersky. Everything seemed to be fine. But I still wanted to install my practically new Kaspersky. Technician said to call Kapersky customer service.

Friday, Shabbos....

Sunday: On the phone with Kaspersky technician for 2 1/2 hours as he tried to meet the challenge of getting a stubborn virus off my computer that was "mimicing a virus protection system but worming corrupted files into my computer". THAT technician gave up, saying they didn't really deal with virus problems anyway, but he had been so curious that he had decided to try anyway. Said that our technician should reinstall only the computer system, then the antivirus, then all the programs and files. (Mentioned that NOD wasn't actually functioning) Meanwhile, I decided to download AVAST antivirus from the internet, to have better protection than NOD, until we could get back to the technician again. Ran the AVAX scan, and guess what. The computer refused to work again!!
Sunday night husband took computer to technician. An hour later went back to get it. Kapersky is installed, everything is working perfectly. What went wrong now?
The technician forgot to install Microsoft Office with all the programs. I no longer have "Word". All the documents I work(ed) on are in "notepad" form!!!!!

I can't bear to call that technician again, because who knows what will go wrong next?!?
I seriously cannot afford to pay anything now, because we are not going to have money for food if I don't do some work this month. If nobody is able to help, I understand. Just writing about this takes off some of the stress.Perhaps I could pay in a month's time.
But perhaps there is someone who is willing to install Microsoft Office on my virus-free computer for no charge? (I have Windows XP)
I can offer in return your choice of numerous computer cables and other equipment that we have no use for at the moment...
If anyone out there is prepared to do this chessed, please call!
Thanks. Batya 077-700-5382 054-8490609
