A friend and I were discussing the idea of doing something, other than
davening, of course, as a zechus for a refuah shleima Efrat bat Dahlia. She
thought of the idea of saying "asher yatzar" with Kavanah, and having her in
mind evry time we say it. So, if anone is able to try to take an extra few
seconds each time you say asher yatazar, and maybe even get our kids
involved, we can get so many zechusim for her every day. Thank you all for
