Come learn how to make a change for the new in your diet to improve your health and eating habits.
Sprouted breads are delicious and
easy to digest for people with wheat sensitivities (not gluten auto
immune issues, such as Celiacs).


We will learn how to sprout the
grains and make several types of sprouted breads; including, wheat,
rye, spelt and oat as well as sweet sprouted tea breads.For
beginners we'll go through the "how to's" of sprouting grains and have
a review and update of improved methods for others more experienced.
Old stand by and new recipes will be given and made.

Class includes samples of all the breads, demonstration and
instruction/recipe sheets and a talk about gluten issues and the
benefits of sprouted foods. 

Cost: 50 NIS (Discount if you attend all 4 classes in the spring series)
