[RBS] bezeq adsl problems

Do other beside us have still problem with the bezeq modem and some times 
for hours no internet? We had this problem at least four times in about a 
month and it is not our modem, the distances between the occurences were 
bigger, but it is still annoying.
if other people have this problems may be we can complain together and also 
be somehow compensated for this inconveniency
