*Men's Karate
This class takes place twice a week. Along with the traditional Japanese Karate technique studied this is a great way to get back into shape, learn Self Defense, correct your breathing, boost your health and do something for YOURSELF. STOP PROCRASTINATING! We have a great ongoing class for men.

*Women's Karate and Self Defense
This class takes place twice a week and will give you or your daughters ( teenagers and older) the knowledge and tools to keep safe when faced with threatening situations. You will learn to condition your body as well as your mind, gain the Self confidence and strength that will benefit you in many different areas of your life and most importantly allow you to protect yourselves against attack.

*Great Kids Karate Program
In Over 10 years in Bet Shemesh we have witnessed students gain Self Confidence and Self Control. Children with learning disabilities have surprised both there teachers and parents with their boost in focus and coordination skills. Great for new Olim who can meet new friends and have a practical way to learn the language.
