[RBS] Need Website editor for Wordpress site

My organization is looking for a freelance website editor to update and
tweak our website.
 
Requirements:
 
* Experience with Wordpress
* Comfortable posting content in Hebrew (you don't need to edit it but need
to know enough to spot obvious problems)
* Able to issue Israeli receipt (first choice) or possibly US receipt
 
We need someone for about 5 hours a week at first to catch up and then on an
as-need basis.
 
Compensation is, the NIS equivalent of $10 an hour.
