[RBS] [BS/RBS list] Accident on Nahal Tze'elim

Just to clarify:  There *is* a budget in place for the traffic circle on the
corner of Chever and Tze'elim.  It is, however, tied to the budget for the
Ma'ar (obm), which was supposed to be built across the street.  With those
plans on hold indefinitely, there is no telling if or when the traffic
circle will be built.

I join the Poch's in demanding a review and immediate revision of the budget
for that particular traffic circle.  May no more sacrifices be made
there; but if they are - they are squarely on the heads of those responsible
in the Iriya.
