[RBS] looking for a good lawyer to deal with an arnona claim on a house that is not finished

Single mother supporting 6 kids is looking for a good lawyer to help her
fight an arnona bill of 116,000 shekels that is going to court. The house in
question is not liveable. Never received tofes 4 and cannot be rented out
because of its state.

If you have any experience in this matter or know someone that has
successfully fought similar claims, please contact me.

The house in question is in Gush Etzion.
