Status of Jerusalem,
Jerusalem expert Nadav Shragai, says that the new bill augmenting Jerusalem's 
status is welcome but still far from what is needed.

Shragai notes that Jerusalem needs 4,000 new apartments a year just to match 
its natural growth, but says that less than 1,500 apartments are being built 
in the capital annually. As a result, he says some 18,000 Jerusalemites 
leave the city annually, or over 325,000 in the past 20 years, endangering 
the city's Jewish majority.
