[RBS] More plastic bottle recycling bins

Dear All,

Well, a year later, B"H a few dozen new bottle recycling bins have been approved.
There's a good chance that they will be installed around R/BS before the end of the year.

Here is a list of suggested places to put in new ones:

Maor/Besor
Dolev - Need 2
Sun Gardens/Shimshon
Ramat Shilo
Corner of Yarden/Yarkon
A second one by Micha/Sorek
Lachish
Shacham/Ayalon area

BS:
Ma'apilei Egoz/Rashi
Nofei Hashemesh/Nofei Aviv (Gan Leshem?)
A second one by Super Hatzlacha
Rakefet by Kupat Cholim Meuchedet

If you have other suggested places, please do send me them.
Keep in mind that probably only 30% - 50% of these places will receive one on this round, IY"H more next year.

Some other notes:

1. There has been a request for larger holes for larger bottles like Economica,
   that *may* happen this time around.
2. There is supposed to be a better locking mechanism for the new covers.
3. If you squeeze the air out of the bottle and put the top back on,
   the bins hold 2-3 times more!
