[RBS] Ride to Yerushalayim on Tuesdays

A mother with her small son needs a ride every Tuesday from RBS to Har Nof 
and back.  They need to arrive in Har Nof by 1.00 pm and leave at 2.00 pm.
They don't mind going earlier and coming back later but they must be back in 
RBS by 4.00 pm.
If not to Har Nof then a ride to anywhere in Yerushalayim would be great.
