[RBS] Netvision 49NIS per month?

I just upgraded my internet line and Netvision is offering me 49NIS for 3000 
local calls per month. This is significantly less than I'm paying with Bezeq. 
Has anyone else gotten this? Is there something here that I don't realize and 
will regret after accepting this offer? The obligation is for 18 months (and I 
think the first 2 are free).

I know of others who have had bad experiences switching to other companies and 
want to know how to protect myself from getting swindled.
