Anyone whose internet connection is over ADSL (and doesn't plan to 
switch to HOT) should be careful when comparing!

Don't compare other phone line costs with the total amount that your 
Bezeq line currently costs you. You would effectively only drop the 
phone service part of what you have - you'd still need what Bezeq calls 
Internet Neto - the physical line with ADSL. That costs (I believe) 
about 25 shekels a month.
