Dear friends,
Many of you will probably look for fish heads and sheep heads,but most
places will be probably sold out.
Just to let you know that you can use cheek meat (basar rosh in
hebrew) for the simanim as well.
The cheek meat is very soft and tasty for goulash, tsholent and soups.
It's available at supersol dil, kimat chinam and at Best Market.
I am not sure if it's also available at yesh and shefa shuk or barkol.
