[RBS] Police Stations Failure to Respond During an Emergency

can anyone talk to the police about instituting a 911 type phone number (109? anything bezek will give) that they can set up for true emergencies only? or suspicious break-ins line (if they truly care to get to the bottom of this, of which I am not so convinced but if we say it like of course they do care maybe they'll try to live up to that image)? they just need to make sure it goes thru as a first priority. I know that 100 is "supposed" to be that, but since it's non-emergency as well the latter could easily tie up the lines (assuming they are even always answering) until they can "triage" that it's a non-emergency.

Response time post the call is a different issue that needs to be addressed. Perhaps we can ask since our Anglo community probably pays the highest taxes in the city that we deserve a ministation of a couple of local cops (or even several as if they would hear that one) on call within a 5 minute drive instead of 15 min (rather than just stationing here traffic ticket producers)??

Anyone who has pull, "protekzia" or is just the type who can get things done please feel free to address the above ideas to the cops, we will all be truly indebted to you. TIA!
