[RBS] thank you to the lawyers who volunteered their time

On behalf of the more than 300 people who signed objections to the plans -
the way they are currently drawn - for the new mem-3 neighborhood on the
southern edge of RBSA, I want to thank the local lawyers who came out to
volunteer their time to witness signatures in RBSA:

- Yakov Greiff
- Rena Hollander
- Pinchas Koven
- Eliyahu Pinczower

The best way to show our appreciation is to keep them in mind for the next
time one might require legal services.  I hope that none of them will be
upset with me for making such a suggestion.
