[RBS] RBSA, Ramat Shilo needs and problems

We need children playgrounds closer to our home and with shadow protecting
our dear children from the local sun strength. Our son attends Gan Ahavat
Israel on Nahal Lahish street and all the playground in the area of the Gan
is covered with dirty, always uncovered sand. This is not allowed with
accordance to the standards of the ministry of health and it could bring
terrible deceases to our dear children G-D forbid! Municipality is cleaning
very poorly the Nahal Tsehelim street and its sidewalks. It has nothing to
do with the construction works on Nahal Tsehelim. Half of the trees and
most of the grass in the middle of Nahal Tsehelim is dead. This is the main
street in RBSA but it looks very unrepresentable.
Plenty of Arabs work in construction works on Nahal Tsehelim. They are
living on the construction spot. We doubt if each of them has work permit.
We are afraid of our life and property. But the police patrols are never
visible in the area. Last week, at night, the unknown wicked individuals
stole my car from Nahal Tsehelim. The Israeli Police did not even come to
investigate and check the spot.

If you think that you might have a solution to one or all of these problems
please let me know.
