[RBS] RBSA, Ramat Shilo needs and problems

i applaude you for talking about this problem, as i also live on nahal tseilim and am very bothered by all the arabs. just today there was an arab man hanging out for half the day by the garbage on the corner of jerusalem and tseilim until an undercover policeman came and took him away. what do you think the residents of ramat shilo can do to kick out the arabs from the neighborhood?
