[RBS] want to adopt / foster an adorable puppy?

My daughter found a super friendly, adorable puppy. It's black and brown.
Has been well cared for. Seems lost but she can't find an owner and noone
its out of doors, as the rain.

She is in Sherut Leumi and not allowed animals in her apartment, and we
have allergies in the family..

It's so cold and wet for her outside.... Is anyone willing to keep it at
least temporarily?
We will continue to help look for the owners...
