There's an announcement on the radio (in Hebrew) that if you do not sign up for Adi (the organization that promotes organ transplants) by Dec 31st you will have to wait THREE YEARS to get a transplant if needed.
 
It's very easy - just call Adi - *6262 - and give them your TZ number. When you sign up, your kids are covered, but your spouse is not.

If you have any questions or halachic concerns, please ask your own posek about transplants.  On the Adi card, you can indicate that a Rav needs to be consulted before any transplant.
