[RBS] recommendations needed

Can anyone recommend
1. an under-the-sink water filter installer/service
2. a children's portrait photographer, specifically pre and post upsherin (boy's first haircut), reasonably priced with lots of patience for 3 yr old who does not like to sit still too long
