[RBS] NGN coming to (R)BS (at least)

I passed a Bezeq van parked on the corner of Dolev and Shimshon, right where
there's been construction the last few days and asked the 2 guys sitting
there twisting wires if the construction is related to bringin NGN internet
speed here.  They said yes, within a month.  I don't know if that's the
entire city, but presumably it should be.

If, like me, this is something you've been waiting for - supposedly the wait
is coming to an end.
