[RBS] Siach Berama: Matos and Masei available in Bizness!

Dear All,

The Siach Berama's next sponsored weeks are Matos & Masei and
have been distributed all around RBS on pages 45 & 47 in the new

You can also use the Matos issue for Balak & Pinchas by applying the delta of
minutes for all Shekiya-based Davening times via the Candle Lighting table.

So for example, Balak's Candle Lighting is 5 minutes later than Matos,
so if a shul has Mincha at 19:23 during the week of Matos, then this
week's Mincha will be 5 minutes later - at 19:28.
