[RBS] Questions on US Passport Renewal at the US Embassy in Tel Aviv

1.  Does anybody know if the US Embassy in TA is open tomorrow,18/07/11, for drop off of passport renewal applications?
2.  Can a US passport renewal application be dropped off in TA without an appointment?
3.  Will the US Embassy in TA accept cash (US or NIS) or credit cards for passport renewal payments for dropped off applications?
