[RBS] pay your sitter/gardener/worker same day!

while i am sometimes guilty myself, my children remind me that there are two
mitzvot involved
- the mitzvat asseh to pay on time
- the mitzvat lo taaseh f halanat sachar.
so, even if the  worker agrees to be paid another time, it is a missed
mitzva to pay later.
