[RBS] Seeking to Hire Leasing Agent/Property Manager in RBS A

Seeking to hire responsible male or female with a flexible schedule to help us with the various details involved in leasing out and managing 
our apartment(s) in RBS A:

a.  Showing potential renters the apartment;
b.  Letting renters in and out of the apartment at the beginning and end of
the rental period;
c.  Having items in the apartment fixed if needed;
d.  Arranging for a cleaning person to come to clean after a renter leaves;
e.  Inspecting the apartment after a renter leaves to ensure nothing was
broken or damaged;
f.  Handling a small money account to pay bills of the apartment that are
not automatically paid from our bank account;
g.  Advertising the apartment.

The rate for all work is $10.00 per hour.
