[RBS] Credit Card found near the stores in RBS Alef

My friend asked me to post that she found a credit card near the stores in RBS alef.  The name on the credit card is Tziporah Singer, we didn't find any locals in the Shemesh phone by that name so it is probably someone who is visiting. Please call Yossi at 0528784885.
